A Guide for Coping

Rate Your Coping

When you cope, try rating how well it works. We cope without thinking about its effectiveness and often miss this. Rate how you feel before and after you cope using a zero to ten scale or any other means you can come up with. If the coping did not change how you feel, try something else and rate that. Keep this up till you see a positive difference after coping.
